Clifton Blue Villas is a beautiful beachside villa overlooking the famous Clifton beaches. The villa is advantageously positioned with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and Twelve Apostles Mountain Range.

On entering this stylish villa the first overwhelming impression is one of sea, sky and light. The interior is spacious and allows one to pursue one's lifestyle in an ambience of peace and elegance. Finishes and furnishings are immaculate, with the latest electronic equipment in the lounge, kitchen and main bedrooms, and a satellite TV with over 40 English and six German channels.

The villa consists of three bedrooms with three luxurious bathrooms and sleeps a maximum of six guests. In the fully equipped kitchen, additional luxuries include an Alessi espresso machine ideal for a morning kick, before conducting your work from a desk with fax machine and a computer linked to the Internet.

The luxurious lounge is furnished with Rolf Benz designer furniture and a gas fireplace, and looks onto a serene sea view. The apartment is serviced by a full-time domestic worker who is also able to assist with shopping and the apartment's caretaker is also qualified and available to assume chauffeur duties.

Outside by the pool a large sheltered sundeck with awnings and a Weber grill are available for sunset braais and afternoon dips. The apartment is secure with the latest security system and an electric door garage. Access to the apartment is by a funicular.

A short drive from Cape Town's City Centre and famous V&A Waterfront, the villa is with easy access of Cape Town's finest restaurants and bistros, with some within walking distance. All in all, it makes for an ideal venue from which to explore the many attractions of the Cape, or to just relax on the large terrace by the pool or in the Jacuzzi.
