This wonderful villa is located directly on Clifton Beach, making it the ideal destination for a beach holiday. The villa has a gas braai and a private garden. There is an automated garage in the parking area and the property is serviced from Monday to Friday. Guests are given 1 Gig of free Wi-Fi access.

The villa has three bedrooms which can accommodate six people. The main bedroom has king-size bed and an en-suite steam shower room. This room is on the deck level and has great sea views and a ceiling fan. The other two bedrooms are on the garden level and have queen-size beds with en-suite bathrooms. There is a family bathroom on the deck level.

The open-plan living area offers a lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge has a fireplace for the winter and opens onto the deck, which has a swimming pool, four sunloungers and an outside seating area. The fully equipped kitchen has two fridges with freezers, a washing machine, tumble-dryer and dishwasher. On the garden level, there is a movie room with a large LCD TV, surround sound system, a DVD player and DStv. There is also a bar area which is ideal for enjoying sundowners.

With the beach just a few steps away, this villa is a great option for a summer beach holiday. Guests can relax on the deck which overlooks the ocean or stroll along the beach and there is easy access to the city centre and the V & A Waterfront.
