  "Decent value for money. Room was clean, fresh and comfy. Minor issues are that the ensuite bathroom is only closed off from the room by a thin curtain, and the aircon remote was not working thus we were unable to use it - fortunately the fan did the job. A sink would also be helpful. But it has what you need otherwise and Anneline is very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay."

  "We arrived early, but Anneline made us feel very welcome. We had a braai at the pool, the weather was incredibly hot, and we had a dip in the cool pool, while my children played with Annelines grandson. The bedrooms are air-conditioned with fridges and microwaves. Very comfy beds. Anneline is a lovely lady and we will be stopping there on our way back. Thank you, Anneline!"

  "With the depressed economy felt more acutely in rural areas, accommodation is often "tired" and in need of TLC. Anneline's was such a pleasant surprise. Although Colesburg is quite run down, Anneline's was bright, well maintained and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, the linen and towels of good quality and the room spacious, well maintained and spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay there again. Her dinner recommendation was great too. Thank you."

Room was clean, beds freshly made and some coffee and tea was available in the room.We only had a shower in our room but Anneline was gracious enough to let us use the bath in another unit.Well recommended!As an aside: I highly recommend getting food from JC's restaurant. Very well priced and they deliver to the room for a very small fee."

  "This is probably a better stopover in summer. The room we stayed in was extrmely cold and damp to the extent that the towels were damp. We also had no water on arrival and were unable to contact Anneline to ask her to turn it on, which was odd. The bathroom does not have a door, which was not so good. Otherwise the room was very nice and good value."
