  "I would suggest that the name, Agalia, should be displayed on the outside , on the gate maybe. as the address and location, are confusing i.e. the entrance is not in the street shown as the address but around the corner in a different street."

  "This is a real gem of a place that we could recommend to anyone - and are doing exactly that. One of the Grand Old Ladies of Cradock, the B&B component of this gracious family's home opens out onto a beautiful garden which is for the use of the guests. We were most warmly welcomed and given many offers of assistance. We enjoyed our (self-catered) evening braais and appreciated the comfortable accommodation. Breakfasts on both mornings were delectable. Take a bow, this wonderful wife-&-hubby hospitality team! We certainly hope to be back."

  "Enjoyed our stay. The booking process was not good because we couldn't speak to the owner or get directions until we had pay the deposit. We explained that we wanted to pay cash as we didn't want to have to go into town on our last day of our holiday in order to find a bank and pay. The reason given by Safarinet was that they need to make sure that they receive their commission. The owner had replied that she was happy to receive cash but it was overruled by Safarinet. I therefore will only be dealin with owners directly, in future as I like the personal touch. Sorry Safarinet but we won't be using you in the future - too inflexible ."

  "We arrived early afternoon, received a friendly welcome. The room and bathroom are spacious, clean and comfortable, the bed VERY Comfortable, coffee and tea plentiful in the room. (sweets and rusks too) . We had a good rest at AGALIA and left with a early 5 Star Breakfast on time, cooked by Johann and served by Carina to send us on our way.<div>Highly recommended for an overnight stop.</div><div>Jan and Ursula Pretorius.</div>"

Room neat and clean and location of the B&B is very quiet. Hosts are such pleasant friendly people and we can highly recommend this overnight stay."

  "We arrived there and were taken to our room. which was totally different from the one shown on the photos. It was obvious that there were someone else staying in the room as there were no empty cupboards. All filled with someone else clothes. A room that was recently vacated to fit us in. Also no real privacy in the room. When we asked if there were a refigerater that we could use we were shown one, but it was stacked with the house peoples stuff. Luckily we were able to find another room at another guesthouse and this was 200 % better organised. We lost our deposit, but that made up for at least having a splendid room at another place for 5 days. Place to be recommended."

  "Nice presented room with access to a lounge area with TV. Breakfast could be improved but owner was away during our visit and no English was spoken by on site person."
