Fish River Cottages

Fish River Cottages is situated in the peaceful town of Cradock in the Eastern Cape. "<p>We slept okay in the room with its bright pink wall, but really missed a chair to sit on and a table to sit at and eat. The seating outside we had to share with the next door guests, so we ate in the dark. Utensils in the kitchen nook very few and not up to standard. Only two glasses! I am sorry, but I cannot recommend this address.</p><p></p>"

"When we got there and tried to get in to Fish River cottages no one was answering the phone. My husband had to climb over the wall to get in. It was adequate for one night but the shower wasn't very clean and there were only 2 towels that didn't smell very clean. We ended up using our beach towels. The braai still had ash in it from the previous person. All in all it was ok for the one night we stayed there but I wouldn't stay there again."

"Cottages were neat and tidy and we enjoyed the tranquil garden setting. Cost effective and recommended for a short stay in Cradock. Received a warm reception from the hosts who were at all times friendly and hospitable."

"I did not enjoy my stay there at all. The bed was so uncomfortable that I hardly slept and the shower was impossible to get a decent temperature to shower. I will never stay there again"
