The Annex @ 11 Binnekring

The Annex @ 11 Binnekring is a charming, one-bedroom, self-catering apartment in Stellenbosch. The apartment is situated on a private residence below the main house, but has its own entrance.

The unit has an open-plan living area. The lounge is furnished with a comfortable double sleeper couch and is equipped with a TV with DStv access - a cosy fireplace creates a warm atmosphere on those chilly winter days. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave oven, tea and coffee facilities, as well as cutlery and crockery; guests can enjoy their meals at the breakfast bar counter. The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and the bathroom consists of a bath and shower with a separate toilet. All linen and towels are provided. The 'stoep' is equipped with a Weber braai and breakfast and dinner can be arranged at an additional cost.

For your convenience the apartment is fitted with a washing machine and it is serviced once a week, which includes a linen change. Washing of dishes and a cleaning service on weekends can be arranged at an additional cost. The apartment shares the main access gate to the property and off-street parking is available for one small vehicle. Larger vehicles will have to park on the road.

Stellenbosch offers a variety of restaurants and bistros, with superb views of the mountains, vineyards and orchards. The town has the oldest wine route in the country and for nature lovers, there are a number of excellent hikes in the Jonkershoek Nature Reserve. Golfers have a choice of three lovely golf courses and children will love a visit to Butterfly World, the largest butterfly park in South Africa.
