Whale Waters

A warm welcome awaits you at Whale Waters self-catering lodge situated on the De Kelders cliffs overlooking Walker Bay, well known for its world-renowned whale watching.

A short 100-meter walk through the Duiwelsgat Nature Reserve will lead you to the secluded Stanfords Beach, suitable for swimming and kayaking. De Kelders is nestled on the coast just before the fishing village of Gansbaai, which became famous for its great white sharks on the Danger Point Peninsula in the Overberg Region, only two hours from Cape Town.

This magnificent guest lodge has six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Each room has a breathtaking sea view and a private balcony ideal to do whale watching from and enjoy sundowner cocktails. Whale Waters guest lodge has an unobstructed view of the ocean and coastline, stretching from the white sand dunes of Die Plaat to Hermanus, and on a clear day until Cape Point.

This house is rented out as one unit and not just individual rooms. Accommodates max 14 guests. Min 2 nights stay.
