13 Highfield Terrace is a fully air-conditioned, sunny character cottage situated in De Waterkant in a quiet cul-de-sac. The cottage is perfect for holiday or business travellers and is fully equipped for self-catering.
The property features a small garden and a stylishly furnished open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The large sunny bedroom contains an extra length queen-size bed and the spacious bathroom includes a shower and bath.
The large open-plan living area comprises a kitchen and dining area with seating for six guests and includes a TV, DVD, stereo sound system, video and DStv. Full broadband Internet is also available. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven hob and fridge-freezer, as well as a washing machine, dish washer and tumble-dryer.
The secure property is situated in quiet street, and is serviced twice a week or by arrangement. Other features include an alarm with armed response, safe, air-conditioning and heating, and off-street parking in designated parking bay.

03 February 2016"<p>Central to V & A and trendy pubs and restaurants in Somerset street, this tastefully furnished, spacious apartmentafforded us a pleasant and enjoyable stay.</p><p>The area which dates back to the 1800's almost has a European atmosphere.</p><p>Also close to other tourist attractions and main routes in and out of Cape Town.</p><p>The host, Stefan pays attention to every small detail.</p><p>I can highly recommend this apartment, Cape Town charisma at it's best!</p>"

It has all the situational advantage of de Waterksnt with the added bonus of being just a short block away from the noise and parking chaos of the area. Comfortable and clean, and the host is reliable and friendly. The bathroom could do with a revamp but everything works!"

"Exactly where you want to be"
19 June 2007"This cottage is safe, quiet, well appointed, and very stylish. The owner is very sweet, laid back, and respectful of his guests. Having laundry available in a city where smoking is allowed in restaurants was a god-send as well. The cottage is walking distance from everything you want to do including the Waterkant, Waterfront, and Loop/Long. Taxis can be easily caught to anywhere from Somerset Rd., just 2 blocks down. This is a perfect place whatever the purpose of your visit."
