The kitchen extends off these two areas, and features a breakfast bar area that looks up to the glass skylight on the first floor roof. As well as a unique counter top area that pulls out from under the sink, there is also a lockable store room and black slate cloakroom with stainless steel toilet and urinal.

The first floor consists of a large glass bathroom with a skylight shower. The air-conditioned bedroom leads out to a private wooden deck; steps take you up to a large roof terrace with sun loungers, table and Jacuzzi that has spectacular views of Table Mountain and the Harbour.

The property offers space, privacy and home comforts, and is cleaned six days a week, with a light service on Sundays. The cottage has a fully fitted kitchen with complimentary tea and coffee, living and dining room with satellite television, DVD, music systems, direct dial telephone and wall safe.
