  "This establishment is totally not in a standard to accommodate guests at all. It is dirty and has a terrible smell. Management is always not available to address the problems."

  "Although the address on the website and confirmation letter weren't correct our host quickly helped us in finding the house. We had spacious rooms with everything we needed. He also accommodated our date changes without problems. It would have been nice if there were access to the kitchen, but other than that it was fine"

  "No breakfast but u have said its bnb.Only 1 tissue,no toiletspray.No brush for toilet.Noise while we are resting.Church noise its like you r chasing away.Spider racks in corners tell your cleaners to fix."

  "It's a beautiful place but needs serious TLC. The place was locked when we went to check-in and nobody was answering the phone. We had to shout for the guy to come and open. The room floors were dirty and needed sweeping; the aircon was not working and the shower was blocked."

  "The place can be good if it is properly cared for. It is not clean especially its surroundings. No place for breakfast and it looks as if it is a place details deserted. But it looks like initially it was properly looked after I dont know what happened"

  "Rooms are very cold. Air con is only cold even if you change the temperature to 30 degrees.<br/>No information where to get your breakfast. We did walk around on Sunday, there is a kitchen but no breakfast. Maybe I didn't understand correctly<br/>Nobody in site to assist."

  "We were welcomed to Delareyville by Marius who was friendly and helpful. We had a room with three beds, a microwave, fridge and ensuite bathroom. The facilities were clean and comfortable. The aircon with heating was a blessing after travelling in the rain on our bikes to Delareyville. Marius helped us with undercover parking for our bikes. Thank you, we had a good stay."

  "The bed was inconvenient as it was built in right against the wall, so the person on that side couldn't get up without climbing over the other person.<div>The water was too cold to shower in the evening and the next morning.</div><div>There was no breakfast, not even a breakfast room.</div><div>I found a door leading to the street which was unlocked, the handle came off, so anyone could enter, walk through the whole place even to the parking area.</div><div>There was a fridge and a microwave and a tv in the room, so not all bad.</div>"

  "I didn't personally sleep there but booked for my parents and my lobola delegation. As teetotallers, they were very pleased with the tranquility of the establishment because alcohol, loud noise and parties are not allowed."

  "Not impressed, firstly the directions point to next to the Wimpy - they left town some time ago!!Rated 1 star because the system doesn't have negative stars.Other issues:Two threadbare towels (not even bath towel size)No bedside lampsBathroom sliding door must be manhandled to operate itTowel rail hanging on half fitting screwsGeneral state of disrepair and lack of maintenance of the whole establishmentNo card facilitiesOther than that it was clean."

  "The place is quiet and just a beautiful space to be in. The location is super since it is in the heart of the town it makes it easy to access different parts of the town. No stranger will be lost, no matter what. I would stay longer the next time hopefully this summer."

  "We stayed over as a group of seven couples. The place is very run down and neglected and I can certainly not recommend it to friends and will not make use of this B&B again. It is not even properly cleaned - spider webs in bathrooms and showers, etc."
