The apartment uses card electricity which guests are responsible for .La Palma Villa C12 is a second floor apartment located in Diaz Beach just outside of Mossel Bay. The apartment offers self-catering accommodation for five people. The beach is only 50 meters away. This spacious and modern apartment has two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shover and an open-plan living room leading out onto a balcony. The living room has ample seating and Open View TV with DStv connections. You need to bring your own decoder and card. Not Explora. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a microwave, fridge and washing machine. There is also a dining table where the family can enjoy meals together. The living room leads out onto a balcony with a built in braai. The beach is only a short walk away from the apartment. A shopping mall is only 1.5 km away.

16 June 2014"The unit is well placed and very comfortable with good value for money. It's proximity and access to the beach would make it a wonderful Summer location.I would like to suggest that a heater is provided for Winter stays as the flat is tiled and given that electricity usage is on a prepaid basis, you pay for what you use. During our stay it was very cold and rainy and a bit of heat would have made the stay more pleasant. Extra blankets would also be a good idea.Definitely a place I would revisit, but in Summer."
