  • "Lovely location bad attitude of staff"

    08 March 2014

"On arrival and at registration the lady at the front desk greeted us with, sorry if you don't like your room there is no refund.... Our room had a ceiling fan that made such a noise in use we had to turn it off in 36 degree heat and there was no fridge as per the website. We tried to go for a swim but the pool had people in playing with a ball that was likely to decapitate us, we left without our swim. All in all, I just felt there was no proper management of the facility and the staff on duty had a no-care attitude. Very sad as the facilities had major potential."
