Nestled in the heart of the Dinokeng Big Five Game Reserve, Halfway There game lodge offers relaxing self-catering accommodation that is the perfect getaway from the busy city life. Although we are situated in a rustic environment, our accommodation will meet your every expectation with modern conveniences. There are four chalets available with old Hollywood themes such as Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, Audrey Hepburn and James Dean, and six newly added luxury western themes glamping Tents . Situated on our 800 ha of unspoilt bushveld within the Dinokeng big 5 game reserve, we have a wide range of bird life and animals such as elephants, rhinos, lions, buffalos, giraffes, eland, kudu, wildebeest, and zebra to name but a few.
Enjoy sitting around a campfire at night as you gaze at the magnificent stars and listen to the night sounds such as roaring lion, jackals or laughing hyena.

"Terrible service, on arrival we were greeted outside , no reception are to check in. found lizards on the beds, beer bottles behind the beds. we booked for 3 nights, but left after the first night. house keeping very bad. I will not recommend any family booking at this place."
