Hilltop Durban Guest House

We would like to welcome you to Hilltop Durban Guest House in Doonside, Amanzimtoti, and invite you to share our hospitality and enjoy the ambience of our hilltop location overlooking the Indian Ocean. Hilltop Durban Guest House was formerly a farmhouse dating back 100 years and was one of the original homes in the area.

We offer several different styles of accommodation, depending on what you are looking for, including twin rooms, double rooms and family rooms that are en-suite with private patios. Our rooms also feature a minibar fridge, flat screen TV, DStv, tea and coffee-making facilities, fans and hairdryers - all the little things to make your stay hassle-free and enjoyable.

Guests can relax or read a book under a huge flamboyant tree in the beautiful, mature garden or cool off in our swimming pool after an exciting day of exploring the many attractions the area has to offer. The braai area invites guests to prepare their catch after a busy day of fishing and when the morning comes, a sumptuous buffet breakfast will be waiting.

The Veranda has wicker chairs and coffee tables to see the sunrise or maybe enjoy a drink in the evening. The big pool and the braai area under a huge Flamboyant in a mature garden of 2.200m2 are also available to our guests.

For the experienced scuba diver, there are plenty of options and for the golf enthusiast there are also endless choices, with some of the most scenic and challenging golf courses available in the local area. From Hilltop Durban Guest House, everything is within easy reach.
