  "Pragtige en rustige plek. Gasvrye ontvangs gehad, heerlik geslaap en met ontbyt was dit so lekker rustig op die stoep terwyl die voeltjies oral in die bome sing. Hou van die maniere hoe ontbyt bedien word. Alles was 'n 'wow'...baie dankie!!!"

  "Our arrival at Villeria on a mid-afternoon Saturday was clearly not expected. After a wait to gain entrance the staff arrived and quickly showed us to out rooms then left. There is no permanent staff on site over weekends! Not good for a 4* GH, We then found that we had no access to the lounge and dining area to be able to relax in comfort but were confined to our rooms and adjacent verandah. Breakfast on Sunday was a disaster. the staff were not prepared and the meal presented was poor quality and clearly rushed. We di persuade them to allow us access to the lounge inside and to the kitchen so we could arrange our own lunch. One of our party who has previous GH experience took the time to talk to the staff Elizabeth and Annatjie who clearly responded to some positive feedback and breakfast on Monday was a delight with the limited resources they had available. The also laid on a very tasty evening meal which we could eat in the dining room and not be forced to have served in our rooms which have no facility for eating at a table. We did contact the owner who seemed quite unconcerned that she was not able to come and address our problems personally or send a suitable replacement as she had a small baby to look after. If you are the owner make a plan to look after your guests. So after really feeling abandoned the staff redeemed themselves but the owner needs a wake up call.<br/>"

  "Dougleas is a small town,but it has the most beautiful guesthouse ,,Villiera.<br />You drive through this little greyish town and cannot imagine that there is a place so nice and charming.<br />The host Chan is so friendly as all the other staff.<br />Our room,,no 13,was just perfect.<br />Lovely and spacious,great bed and sheets.Bathroom with a shower and bath,,really stylish and very clean.<br />Sitting area,kitchenette,full DSTV ,outside seating.<br />Beautiful garden and good breakfast.<br />Even though we were there for work ,it felt like a small holliday.Thank you Chan and staff.Greetings Esme and Willeman<br />"

  "Ons het vir 1 nag daar gebly, wens ons kon langer, want mens vergeet waar jy is. Dis so stil en rustig. Almal baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Laat voel mens soos familie. Kamers is pragtig en gerieflik en het als wat mens nodig het. Ek sal beslus weer gaan kuier."
