"Worst Ever dont go to this place"

"On arrival a housekeeper handed me the key. She took me to a dingy room in this place but the feeling in the place as you enter is cement-like and cold. No warmth in the atmosphere. The place had a very unpleasant smelll and has no freshness to it. The room was not nearly what the website pretended it to be - its actually very deceiving on the internet pics. The TV did not work it was snowy no picture. Sorry really bad no professionalism the place is kinda left to the domestic who lives in a room on the property with her kids, who eventually called her when I said i am leaving as I could not stay in that place. Not recommended at all. It was so bad I was prepared to loose my payment I mad. The next day I texted the woman to see if she would consider a refund but I did not receive any response to getting my money back."

"The room that I got was nothing like the room advertised and that I thought I booked and paid for upfront. I was shoved into a room on the first floor that looked completely different to the room in the photo. Also I was under the impression that the room I booked opened onto the garden as indicated in the photo linked to the specific room. False advertisement. Poor management - kettle standing on the floor because the cord is too short. Fan and heater shoved into a corner. Desk is cheap and unsteady. Lack of detail attention that one would expect from R700 per night per person. Chairs all stacked right in front of front door when it started raining - blocking entrance."

"Lovely and fresh, spacious suite upstairs which felt very private. Did our own self catering so did not sample the on-site food on offer (maybe next time). Gorgeous property - a real retreat in the midst of J'burg. All staff were super friendly and helpful. Would stay again and would recommend."

"Ons was baie tevrede met alles, ons het baie lekker gebly en die ontbyt was heerlik. Die personeel was baie vriendelik en behulpsaam. Ons sal beslis weer van hulle gebruik maak en aanbeveel by ons vriende."
