"The place was extremely dirty we had to wipe all counters and tables and the cloth was black. The place also needs maintenance very urgently. Curtains had holes in carpets very dirty. Kitchen cupboards totally loose so need to open very carefully. The one wall in the dinning room opposite the shower has water issues there is holes in the wall and paint is coming off I also thinks due to water leakage the shower pressure is zero and you cannot use the shower. The extra bedroom had no lead so could not use the heater for such a cold weekend. Very disappointing place."

"I must vent my anger at the reception we received at Glen Balloch - well there was NO RECEPTION! The directions of where to fetch keys was totally wrong (the PG Office had moved three weeks earlier). There is NO name up of the place you are trying to locate. It was a dismal experience after 9 hours or travelling and I am very sorry for any tourists who have the same experience."
