  "Chez Nous was very easy to find and was central to the different tours and sites in the area. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and the garden beautiful and peaceful. All the staff were friendly, yet professional.   "We spent 2 nights. We were not satisfied : we had booked for self-catering in an individual house and were accommodated in 3 separates bed and breakfast rooms, so the family was divided and it was not convenient and not comfortable at all. This changed was done without informing us in advanced, we just discovered it on our arrival. All this fro a very expensive price and quite uncomfortable very small bedrooms (except one). We had some laundry done, but it was return to us all wet (the only compensation for the change from our original booking was that we had this laundry done for free).The food was good and the owner made some real efforts on that aspect of our stay."

  "Never again! The place was not even cleaned (beds unmade, toilets and bathroom dirty and old food in fridge) when we got there. We had to sit and wait for it to be cleaned. The bath is stained and the living area does not even have enough chairs for six people!<br></br> <b>Establishment's response</b><br></br> <i>Following this complaint of Mrs. Prinsloo I am at present busy with rebuilding a complete new bathroom at a cost of R20000.00. I have contacted Mrs. Prinsloo and apologized for the mess up. I have also told her that the bath will be replace by a new one as it is not dirty but worn out. And that if she comes here again she can stay here for free. Bad feedback is always a wakeup call to improve and must be addressed to. At Chez Nous we try to improve and listen to our guests. Just wished she had told me to my face.</i>"

  "Staff were friendly and helpful in providing us with a pack up breakfast so we could leave early. However the room should have been double the price advertised on safari but was not worth that amount when compared to others we have stayed at. BedRoom & bathroom were basic, but bed comfortable. Property looks nothing like the picture"
