  "Hi. I need some assistance please. I had made arrangements to stay at Flinstones on the 15th my boyfriend had a few friends over and had started to braai. The occasional drink here and there and as I left to go fetch my things at my house to come through later to the guest Lodge at around 3 ish I was phoned by the agent whom I had messages confirming that we were aloud company over until 10 p.m and tolerable music could be played until 10 pm , this accommodating and assuring lady had agreed all was well until she called me that day at 3 asking that her family was on the property and they didn't want any music and they wanted us to leave? So with out any hassel I had gone back taken my bf and our meat and stuff to stay over at the supposed to be guest Lodge back to my house. I was so shocked by this as this lady Jaquie had asked us to leave with out hesitation because her family was staying at the lodge and she didn't wat then to complain. She had said that if I leave she will refund me first thing on Monday morning. She now has told me that the money was not paid to her it was paid to Safari. This is understandable. BUT the service is so poor. I didn't know a guest could possibly be treated this way. This is such a beautiful lodge and all rules and cards where set out even her confirmation over what's app was given that a gathering of a few men and a braai was aloud and then she asked us to leave on the day two ours later so we can accommodate her relative that was sleeping over and his wife wanted to sleep and wasn't happy with the music level. She didn't even give us a chance she just asked us to leave and she will refund me. It is now three days later and I am worried I will never book here again due to the service all I actually want is my money back as she said she is cancelling our stay."

  "It was a pleasent week in the hot, beautiful Durban, with a view to die for from our doorstep. We were treated as royalty from the time of our arrival until the day we left. The staff was amazing. The breakfast was too good, as all is done to your taste. Nothing was a big deal or impossible for them to do for you."
