"we stayed there this weekend passed,our driver from the Airport, Mitchell was very courteous and gave us great tips and info. The hotel needs a little TLC your rooms are great but your equipment needs attention. At your restaurant we had an awesome waiter named Joel who made my daughter's birthday a memorable one. The driver who took us to Ushaka Marine World was also great his name is Botto. Overall we had a lovely weekend. Thanks"

"The check in and out service was spot on. Our meal on Friday evening was not up to standard it arrived cold. Bread rolls were clearly old and dry. Saturday evening we had uncontrolled children running up and down the corridors banging on doors from around 10pm to 11pm."
