  "Had a awesome stay. Loved the view from the back balcony, overlooking the sea. Place was clean and neat. The room with the double bunk had the early morning sunlight, could maybe consider other blinds in the room as it disturbs one sleep in the morning. Other than that we have absolutely NO complaints. Thank you Andries for a lovely stay. Thank you to Frikkie and wifey for organising the keys and your friendly reception."

  "We had an absolutely amazing stay at 277! Everything we needed was there and the accommodation was lovely and very homely. The BEST part was the view though! Our whale watching boat trip was unfortunately cancelled due to heavy wind, but our disappointment was short lived as we were able to see plenty of whales from the balcony of the house for our entire stay. I will strongly recommend 277 Hermanus Beach Club to all friends and family."

  "Sadly we had no contact other than 1 phone call (which I made) with the people handing over keys. Nobody confirmed we were in the unit, that the unit was satisfactory and if there was anything else we required. The DSTV was limited - not open as assumed - the advert advised that we did not need to take a smart card. The unit was basic, which is acceptable. The unit was not clean...coffee cup marks in the bedroom and the doors and headboards were dirty. We left the keys in the door as we had received them. I really feel the owner needs to look at his unit and re-vamp a little. It is in a lovely complex and sadly it is needing attention. We will not be going to 277 again."

  "This facility is excellent value for money and at some point must have been perfect. Sadly to say when we arrived the person responsible for giving us the keys just left them in the door and did not in all probability check that the accommodation was OK. The flat smelt of cigarette smell despite signs requesting guests not to smoke. Walls had bad damp on them. These are things that could have been attended to by just a little attention to detail. Otherwise a good facility that is peaceful."

  "El apartamento está situado en el Beach Club, una urbanización muy segura y tranquila. La limpieza era correcta y las habitaciones amplias aunque el mobiliario, en general, está algo anticuado es funcional y bastante completo. En octubre de 2012 hacía algo de frio pero habia un radiador electrico que era suficiente para el salón y la cocina. Relación calidad precio bastante buena."

  "Nice apartment in a secured residence, second floor of two. There are three bedrooms plus a living room with a kitchen, and one bathroom. It is not huge, but there is enough living space for a short period. There is also a nice view of the ocean. The kitchen equipment is maybe too basic and a bit old. The apartment has no heating: I guess this is OK most of the time, but we happen to be there in very cold and windy days. The cold wind could actually enter through the not-very-well-isolated windows, and the night was chilly. Therefore we had to leave the next day for a warmer place. The owner promised full reimbursement, but we have not heard since then."
