Drinkwater is situated 18 km south of Ermelo on the N11. The guest house is on a working sheep and cattle farm, a welcoming oasis of warm South African hospitality. The ideal overnight bed and breakfast accommodation in the Ermelo area as well as offering conference facilities.
The farm acquired its name during the Anglo-Boer war for the clear freshwater springs found on the property. Drinkwater is midway between the Northern Limpopo Province and the KwaZulu Natal Drakensberg Mountain Resort, game parks, Natal battlefields and coastal areas - perfectly located for all sightseeing.
There are eight fully equipped en-suite bedrooms with sleeper couches. The comfortable rooms are set in garden cottages. Enjoy hearty farm breakfasts and dinners by arrangement in our dining room. We offer a full laundry service and Internet access on request. There is secure, covered parking for your peace of mind and a lovely park-like garden to relax in.
