Araluen Cottage Benoni has been operating since September 2004.
Conveniently located in the peaceful suburb of Farrarmere, Benoni. A mere 15minutes drive from the O R Tambo International Airport and
equidistant to the Johannesburg and Pretoria CBDs. This location is
equally popular with tourists and business people alike.
Araluen Cottage offers Self-catering, Long and Short term renting option.
We offer affordable, comfortable, clean and safe accommodation, with en-suite bathrooms.
A secure private entrance provides the guest with the required
degree of privacy. Basic DSTV available in each room
Free Wi-Fi available.
Rooms are equipped with safes, tea/coffee facilities and hairdryers.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND GENERAL INFORMATION

A deposit of 50% will secure your booking. For 1 night bookings, full payment is required as
deposit. EFT payment not accepted, only Cash.
If cancelled up to 29 days before date of arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit
If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival forfeit 50% of the deposit
If cancelled 7 to 14 days before date of arrival, forfeit the full deposit
In the event of an early departure or a no show we will market the
remaining nights not occupied. If we manage to sell the unit 50%
will be refunded for the nights sold.
In case we do not hear from you, we accept that you agree to above terms.

I found the cottage the perfect refuge after a tiring day.It wasexceptionally neat,clean and comfortable, and very quiet and restful. It was tastefully furnished and very well-equipped. It was clear that a lot of thought and planning had gone into setting things up for the convenience of guests.Thehost, Magda Brown, was caring and friendly, and went out of her way to help not only with matters relating to the cottage but with problems I encountered in my business dealings. The cottage is set in a pleasant, leafy garden and the surrounding suburb is also quiet and peaceful. I also found the immediate area well situated for my hobbies of running and bird-watching. "

"My mum and I stayed in the Cottage for our 2 week stay in SA.Everything about it was first class.The Cottage was always immaculate, the hospitallity and the care that was given by the owner was the best we have ever had and the place had everything we needed including a gorgeous garden and pool.We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
