347 On York offers a wide range of accommodation options. It comprises two self-catering cottages and four en-suite rooms. The self-catering cottages have one and two bedrooms respectively, and both feature a lounge, a kitchen and parking bays. In the main house, all four bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Three of these have showers and one has both a shower and bath. One of the bedrooms has a sauna. All bedrooms have tea and coffee-making facilities, quality linen, towels, and complimentary toiletries.

"Sadly was not as impressed as I had hoped to be. We arrived at 347 only to be told that a geyser had burst in our room, so we followed the folk to 30 on Homestead (apparently a very exclusive place). The house was obviously very grand in its day but is not so much anymore. I hate to think what 347 looks like if this was exclusive! The bathroom ceiling was gray from mould, the towels had little black curly hairs stuck to them, the shower leaked aall over the floor leving puddles, and that was after a 2 hour wait for hot water! There is also no wi fi as stated. However, the staff were delightful& the beds great!"
