Malutizicht Lodge

Mid-way between Ficksburg and Fouriesburg in the picturesque Eastern Free State, lies Malutizicht Lodge, just 23 km from each and 50 km from the artist's mecca of Clarens. The Lesotho border is some 20 minutes away and gives easy access to superb trout fishing and other leisure pursuits.

Malutizicht Lodge can be reached in about four hours from Johannesburg. Malutizicht Lodge consists of an English-style cottage that sleeps eight people and a sandstone farmhouse that sleeps ten people. The two houses are interlinked by a covered passageway and indoor swimming pool area. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with twin and double beds available. All accommodation is self-catering only and fully serviced.
