Duck House
We offer a newly renovated three bedroom townhouse with two bathrooms, that can accommodate up to six guests. We are located in Fish Hoek. Our house is secure, has a fully-equipped kitchen for self-catering, with DStv and barbecue facilities, and is located in a quiet and safe area.
Fish Hoek is a quaint and peaceful village in a valley, 35 km from the centre of Cape Town and is perfectly situated for touring the peninsula and Western Cape Winelands. For the sportsman, we are close to four beautiful golf courses, bowling greens, croquet and tennis courts.
The beach is a mere 3 km from our house and it is picturesque, offers safe bathing and has a very good seafood restaurant. The sought after surf spots, Muizenberg, Kalk Bay, Scarborough and Kommetje are in close proximity. For the more energetic, we are surrounded by the Table Mountain National Park, with its many delightful walks, trails, picnic and barbecue spots. Fish Hoek and Kalk Bay offer wonderful shopping, as well as art galleries, craft markets, fashion and food.
The train station is 3 km away and runs a regular service to Cape Town and Simons Town. We can also recommend a well priced car hire service. As a registered tour guide, we would love to show you our beautiful Cape Peninsula and offer you complimentary airport transfer.
