Joy's with its warm friendly atmosphere caters for all tastes, with 2 double rooms, 1 twin room and 1 single room all with en-suite bath or shower. A very good continental breakfast is served daily. Guests have full use of the lounge, dining room and kitchen where light meals may be prepared. (Additional beds can be provided if required) We also offer three fully self-contained self catering apartments each consisting of: A main double room, a second bedroom with "L"shaped bunk beds, bath or shower, a fully equipped kitchenette and a lounge area with a custom built double sleeper couch. There are no stairs, so all is on the level and no climbing is required. All crockery cutlery and linen is provided. (beach towels not supplied) Laundry by arrangement. A splash pool and braai/barbeque in an enclosed garden as well as a patio is available to all. We are a leisurely 3 minute stroll from restaurants, shops & the famous Fish Hoek beach which with its white sand and calm waters make it ideal for all age groups. Golf, surfing, kayaking, bowls, mountain climbing & hiking trails are amongst the many local amenities which are available. Off street parking is available. Airport transfers can be arranged.

28 March 2009"Very nice, well run establishment with the personal touchand very friendly hosts, but not intrusive at all.Meaning I like the fact that the guest house is only for guests and that the owners we not living in the house as well.The breakfast could be improved on, like adding eggs - this was supplied when asked. I found the room a bit small to accommodate luggage but nice, clean and comfortable.I did not mind the shared kitchen as I thought I would. The off road parking and proximity to the beach and shops are an advantage."
