"From checking in to departure everything was bad. When I arrived and check in my rooms was not as per my quotation. This lead to a lot of frustration. When we eventually got to the room (non smoking) the room was stinking of smoke. For me and my wife it is because of health issues the non smoking room. The breakfast was pleasing and good. Then come check out time I was informed I need to pay an additional R500 for breakfast.....which was included in the payment I made. I was refunded the money later on, And boy the attitude of the staff if you dare to inquire about issues. I nightmare Evening and I will definitely not make use of them again."
