This newly renovated house offers three en-suite bedrooms with modern and fresh finishes. There is a large indoor SOLAR heated pool that can be used in SUMMER MONTHS ONLY (PLEASE NOTE: The pool is not warm in the winter months (April - September) as there is not enough sun to warm the pool), braai area, and a pizza oven. The pool can open out onto the spacious garden which provides a fantastic entertainment area as well.The balcony has a spectacular view of the mountains, as does the glass enclosed dining room. This house has a great location as it is within walking distance of all the amenities the town has to offer, including many fantastic restaurants. Franschhoek has a beautifully scenic and tranquil environment which is enjoyable for the whole family.The French corner of the Cape, Franschhoek lies in one of the most beautiful wine valleys in the world, only 45 minutes from Cape Town and within half an hour of the Stellenbosch, Paarl, Wellington and Somerset West wine routes. This traditionally French town is the food and wine capital of the country.Franshoeks village has a wonderful collection of art, antique shops and galleries while the main streets are lined with restaurants and coffee shops. It is easy to spend a day here and it serves as an excellent springboard to other wine routes and the Four Passes Fruit Route, of which Franshoek is also part of. There are a number of walking trails in the surrounding mountains for the more energetic.Please note that there are 3 long-term tenants living on the property in flats. They do not share any of your facilities - only the drive way. They are quiet and decent people. They cannot see into the house - you still have privacy.

"Had the most wonderful stay at Florin's Crest.The house lends itself to a relaxed peaceful getaway. It has everything that you could possibly need and there was milk and coffee,tea and sugar on our arrival! Everything is of a high standard. It is close enough to the main town center to walk. Sad our weekend went by so fast!"

"We did enjoy our stay at Florins Crest, it is nicely situated in a quiet neighborhood, close to shops and restaurant. The place was well equipped and clean.<div><br /></div><div>We were very disapointed that the pool was under reparation and had been it for some time, and we were only told the same day.</div><div><br /></div><div>So maybe it would be a good idea to change the photo of a filled pool on this page, as it seems that it will take some time to repair the pool.</div><div>We did get a discount of 10% for lack of pool.</div>"

"Six friends have just stayed at this magnificent home. It is beautifully appointed and walking distance to all shops and restaurants. The bedrooms have extremely comfortable beds and fabulous linen. The indoor pool, about 15m in length is fab for those who want to keep fit. We will definitely be back."

"This house has everything you need for the perfect holiday in Franschhoek. Close to the village centre and all the outstanding Franschhoek restaurants. One point to bear in mind when booking you do not have exclusivity of the property we were only made aware of this afterwe hadpaid the final payment.We had people arriving to look atapartments that are also on the property withoutprior notice.The fact that this is not published could have made a difference when we booked.If the apartments were let then I think our overall reviewof the house would be different."
