Ons Kraal Holidays is a beautiful self-catering holiday home located a mere 200 m walk from the unspoilt Franskraal swimming beach. Franskraal is 5 km from the town of Gansbaai, which is known for its whale sightings and shark cage diving. Gansbaai also offers various shops, restaurants and amenities.

The house can accommodate up to eight guests in total and comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and an open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. The main bedroom features a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom with a corner bath and shower. The second bedroom contains a double bed and the third bedroom contains twin three-quarter beds. These two rooms share a second full bathroom. A further two guests can be accommodated in the living area on two pull-out couches, and bedding and bath towels are provided.

The beautifully furnished living room is large and ideal for entertaining. This room features a TV with DStv capability, should you wish to bring your own smart card. The dining area consists of two tables and eight seats, while the fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, convection oven, stove, an under-counter oven, and a dishwasher. There is also a laundry with a washing machine, ironing facilities and vacuum cleaner.

A lock-up garage is provided and ample parking is available inside the property. The house also features a built-in braai area on top of the garage that is tiled, with child-safety railings.

"We had a splendid 2 night break at this lovely home. The beach is a couple minutes away on foot when accessing it via a wooden bridge/walkway through the tree growth to the left as you exit the house. We had a comfortable stay and the home is spacious with lots of amenities. Highly recommend it."

"My husband and I just spent a very restful weekend at Ons Kraal. We could not fault anything, except that I found the interior to be a bit hot but we had overhead fans which helped somewhat to cool things down. Great attention to detail, neat, clean, everything well look after and in working order. We would definitely recommend it for it's location and privacy, just disappointed that we did not have a seaview from the upstairs braai area, but it was not advertised as such. Otherwise definitely to be recommended especially for families with children, very safely enclosed, watch the steep stairs to the upstairs braai area, though, especially with small children and if one imbibes too much of the grape!"
