  "What a lovely place to overnight. Area at Gariep Inn was clean and quiet. We did enjoyed the braai area. The next morning we left after a good night sleep. We will visit Gariep Inn every year on our way to our children."

  "Before I left home I was looking forward to watch football match because I love England football but I when I get there, I was disappointed to find that there is no Super Sport 3 or 4 only 1. This means I can't visit the place during EPL OR PSL season same with my friends. That's only thing I did not like about place. I wanted to warm my food that I bought a night before."

  "A clean chalet with all you need for an overnight stay. They even offered us 2 chalets at no extra cost for if we wanted to split up. The owners are friendly and helped arrange a free tour of the dam wall. The adjoining restaurant is fantastic and reasonably priced. Pizza there is a must! Things which could be added are a hairdryer and a mirror in the bedroom. Overall, would definitely recommend this for an overnight stop."

  "We stayed at Gariep Dam Inn on our way toJHB from PE. The rooms are newly refurbished and clean. It was ideal for a one night stay. It is located close to the dam wall for those wanting to have a panoramic view of the dam. Overall experience was good."

  "We stayed at Gariep Inn as a stopover on a long journey to the Eastern Cape. We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air-conditioning was fantastic. The staff were very friendly indeed. The accommodation was also convenient given its immediate proximity to a restaurant, a shop, and a bottle-store. I would recommend this place, especially as a stopover location."

  "I had to change my booking from 4 to 5 January 2014, due to some car problems I had.When I arrived at Green Doors on 5 January 2014, I was informed that they allocated a house to me, which was about 4 kilometres away from Green Doors. Although it was a big house, it was old, not clean and dilapidated. At around 21:15 the power went out, and it only came back on during the course of the early morning hours. Not a very pleasant stay, actually not worth the money I paid, and I felt like being cheated out of my money. Will never stay there again."
