  "This is my second time coming to this beautiful place . While lying on the bed with the door open, I had a spectacular view of the mountains from the hut. Decor and furniture retro and stone walls gives a snug and cosy effect. The peaceful, quiet, tranquil atmosphere had a calming effect on me. Horses that were rescued by the Bus stop 's owners were grazing in the field...at times they were grazing next to the huts. I could not get enough of the fresh mountain air, the sound of cobbling water, the scenery of the mountains and the dam, the ducks, the bunnies, the horses and the birds. We went hiking on the farm and enjoyed hiking at Golden Gate which is 5km from farm. I enjoyed delicious cheesecake, chocolate cake and "moerkoffie with condensed milk" and nice biltong at the Bus stop's shop. I went horse riding and quad biking on my previous stay. Unfortunately had an injury that did not allow it this time or else I would not have missed the fun. The owners and staff were very friendly. Thanks Zietha and Thys. You will see us surely again."

  "The caravan park does not have a reception where one can complain about the park. The gravel road is NOT suitable for a normal caravan.There was only two rolls of toilet paper for the entire camp. Horse droppings was allover. The ground is very uneven. The showers are fit for a zero star park. I will never recommend this place to anybody. A very unpleasant stay."

  "wat n lieflike plek vir n familie of groot byeenkoms. Al die geriewe wat mens mag nodig he,is daar tot jou beskikking. Ons het heerlik gekuier, baie dankie- mens kry waarde vir jou geld. Dit voel of jy by jou eie huis en geriewe is. Die huishoudster is ook n aanwins!"

  "Guys, if you want a terrible experience then you are welcome, otherwise stay away from it. for spending R 500 you will get noting in the name of self catering. I booked for two days but fortunately I save my another R 500 and ran away from there next day. I came across with ruthless interaction, only one small plate of stove was working, no toaster, no microwave, wheel of heater was missing so you can't move it, no utensils to warm the food. sink leakage, basin tap was leaking, poor sanitation outlook, door was making noise whole night due to wind because it was not fit with the frame. electric wiring is in poor condition you can't charge you cell phones, linen was dirty, no parking place, Horses are all around so you might be fear because no passage and no light, the passage is for 4x4 and the most interesting part is that that you can't find the place easily, that is my promise.<br/>I am giving one star because it need the required field to be fill <br/>"

  "Good evening,<div><br /></div><div>What a beautiful place with so much potential but what absolutely disgusting ablution facilities. When we arrived there on the Saturday there was no signs to say where we must go to. I send a sms to find out got no reply and eventually phoned. We were told we can pitch our tent anywhere. The owners only came to see what was going on Monday afternoon.. There were 4 showers one with a curtain the rest were open which led to the floor being wet all the time. I just want to know if the owners will be prepared to use the facilities they offer the people staying there. Won't see me again despite the beauty of the place.</div>"

  "<p>Bergwoning is a special place run by special people.</p><p>Even the horses are so friendly and come to visit each afternoon.</p><p>All accommodation was comfortable, clean and there was attention to dcor.</p><p>The ablutions a pleasure.</p><p>Costacceptable allowing us to visit this beautiful area..</p><p>The proximity to Golden Gate and Clarens is perfect.</p><p>There is lots to do and see.</p><p>Some suggestions:</p><p>Acanoe on the lake would be a good idea</p><p>Ashrub planted between the ablutions and the campsite wouldwork for privacy.</p><p>Definitely would visit again and recommend.</p><p></p>"

  "This accommodation is in a lovely setting and has so much untapped potential. Cleaning staff needs to be checked on as we had some issues with cleaniless which Esti got sorted out for us. We enjoyed a very quiet stay. No TV so it would have been nice to have had the option to play some board games."

  "What a beautiful and tranquil spot! We enjoyed every moment and will definitely return. I would have liked a separate braai area (we shared with our neighbours), as well as a dish washing area (we had to wash dishes in the bathroom basin). But these are mere practical nigglies. The farm is stunningly beautiful, the hut is cosy and attractive, and we had lovely trout at the local 'Trout and Mallet' restaurant - less than one kilometer away. I look forward to our next visit already."

  "The cottage we stayed in could do with some minor TLC in the shower and kitchen department, but is perfectly livable if you don't mind putting up with occasional hot-water shortages. The farm is incredibly beautiful - private, secluded, and we were almost completely left alone the entire time. I would visit again in a heartbeat."

  "What a beautiful, warm, neat and relaxing environment! The view on the mountains, the walking trails, the lovely food at the "Padstal", were just amazing and it was a wonderful experience!
