  "The flat was large and everything was in order, but the situation of the flat is bad. Straight at the road, no fence or anything else, all the passerby can look insight. You have to pull the curtain for privacy and then it is a dark hole. There is no privat outside facilities."

  "We were passing through Graaff-Reinet and planned to stay for one night. KarooRus was the perfect place to stay after a long day on the road. The room was very comfortable and clean with beautiful and simple decor. Everything we needed in terms of tea, coffee, towels, etc was provided. Hot water bottles were also provided for the chilly night. Tercia recommended that we have dinner a Polka, which was fantastic! We would have been very happy to stay there another few nights."

  "<p>Beautifully clean, decorated tastefully, fantastic facilities in the kitchen, everything I needed was therewith good equipment to use, including milk available.</p><p>Very comfortable, with lovely linen provided and bathroom facilities.</p><p>I scored a 4 as the queen bed was quite noisy which I was aware of as I didn't want to wake the rest of my family.</p><p>We were very warmly welcomed.</p>"

  "The rooms are great, the location is perfect but the general reception was very unprofessional. Firstly when we arrived the man who met us didn't know about our room, secondly the power tripped in the early hours of the morning and was only turned on again in the morning. There are no staff full time on site. Overall though, a great overnight stay when on the road."
