  "Obesa lodge was OK,Fox den fantastic...complements to Mari please! One thing I'm cross about is that on my return, a friend told me I was silly to book via Safari as you charge an enormous amount of commission, and I could have booked direct through the lodges and got a much cheaper price,which I will do in future! Also Obesa charges R740 per night and my first payment to you was R 755, so you made an extra R15 from me as well!"

  "We enjoyed the clean, spacious and safe accommodation. It is close to everything we wanted to see and do in and around Graaff Reinet. We loved to walk to the shops and museums as well as the quiet area."

  "Warm and professional welcome and check-in. Rooms and grounds very well designed and laid out. Comfortable rooms with everything one could need provided for s/catering. Have stayed several places in Graaff Reinet... this was one of the best. If the need arises to visit and stay in G/R, I will choose Obesa Lodge again."

  "This was the second time I have stayed here, the room was clean, good mattress and linen. The microwave is a good idea as well. The hot shower was very welcome.Sonja is putting a lot of effort into the lodge and it is noticeable."

  "It was really very lovely to stay at Obesa Lodge. Even though it was only for one day we felt very at home and the service was great.   "Obese lodge was colourful and we were met by a lovely hostess who explained the town and recommended super places to eat and go. We stayed in English cottage, and it was clean and comfortable, pleasing my two teens with dstv and wifi. We had a lovely stay, the beds werewonderful and we even had an adorable little cat visit us....a super evening, thank you so much"

  "We recently stayed one night at Obesa with our two children (aged 11 and 13). It was the perfect place to rest after a long holiday and plenty of travelling.<div><br /></div><div>The kitchen was well equipped and our hostess even left us coffee, tea, sugar and milk.</div><div><br /></div><div>The bathroom was neat. Plenty of towels and a choice of a shower and a bath.</div><div><br /></div><div>The rooms were nice, although the bed in the main bedroom was a bit uncomfortable.</div><div><br /></div><div>I was pleasantly surprised to see a lovely sparkling pool and braai areas.</div><div><br /></div><div>I would stay here again!</div>"
