406 Cascades is a self-catering studio apartment in Green Point, Cape Town. It is minutes' walk away from the V&A Waterfront and conveniently situated near the Green Point Stadium.
The apartment sleeps two adults. From the balcony you can view the harbour on one side and Signal Hill on the other. The apartment is non smoking.
There is an open parking bay which is secured by way of a remote control gate. A security guard is on duty seven days a week. There is also a safe in the room. No pets are allowed.
It is in close proximity of the Cape Town International Convention Centre as well as restaurants, bars, beaches and the City Centre.

12 June 2011"The flat was in a great location within easy walking distance of the V&A Waterfront and lots of restaurants along the main road at Green Point. The service from the owner was excellent and very helpful indeed with regards to check-in and check-out arrangements. Ideal studio flat for one or two people but can take a child or another adult on the sofa bed quite comfortably so long as you don't mind all sleeping in the same room. Will definitely consider rebooking when next in Cape Town. Has everything you need for your stay."

09 May 2009"The apartment was clean & comfy & close to the Waterfront as well as the city & Table Mountain. It was the right size for us as a couple with a 7 year old girl. A hyper active child might feel restrained as it is an apartment with no space to run around but in Cape Town & all that it has to offer, you are out for most of the day so it was fine for us."

What I also liked about the place, it is close to the most popular places in Cape Town, and it is within walking distance.
