409 The Odyssey is a state-of-the-art luxury apartment that has been decorated with upmarket finishes. It is located in the lively Green Point area, where there are many trendy coffee shops and restaurants. There are also supermarkets and a fantastic Deli called Giovanni's which is a short walk from the apartment.
This brand new light and airy apartment in a new luxury secure apartment development offers one bedroom with and en-suite bathroom. There is a spacious open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge with a TV, DStv, Wi-Fi and iPod speakers. From the pool deck guest can enjoy breathtaking mountain and sea views while enjoying a braai and a swim in the sparkling swimming pool.
Guest can also take a walk down to the outdoor gym on the beachfront, or just meander down the beach promenade and be part of the scene. It is only a 4 km drive to the heart of Cape Towns city, making the apartment the ideal base for business travellers.

The apartment was verytastefully furnished with a lovely kitchen area with high quality kitchen appliances including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and TV with premium cable stations,and all mod cons. The bathroom and bedroom were roomy with plenty of storage space. The small pool area had an outdoor barbecue and tables and chairs for al fresco dining and loungers to soak up the sun.</p><p style="text-align: left;">Handily placed for Cape Town, V&A Waterfront and a lovely promenade from Green Point to Sea Point along the seafront with parks and benches along the way.Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by within easy walking distance and a great Italian Deli and large supermarket. Peter the apartment liason was most helpful and available by phone when required. The block security maintenance staff were also very helpful and friendly. The apartments and communal areas were spotless. t was one of the best holidays we have ever had.</p><p style="text-align: left;"></p>"

31 March 2014"Place is as it appears on the advert and in pristine condition. Apartment in a very peaceful place no filtering noises and its in close proximity to the Waterfront. My stay at 409 Odyssey was absolute heaven.The hosts are excellent and I give this place a 5 star for each of the things mentioned above."
