A Sunflower Stop is a backpackers hostel that offers relaxing and comfortable accommodation for budget travellers in Cape Town. Nestled between the mountains and sea, the backpackers hostel is in the perfect location to enjoy your time in Cape Town and the beautiful Western Cape of South Africa.
Our central location to the City Centre and the V&A Waterfront, as well as Cape Town's trendy nightlife, is just steps away. A quick taxi ride will take you to Cape Town's stunning beaches or to the world-famous Table Mountain.
A Sunflower Stop is located 400 m from the Cape Town Stadium. We offer spacious Dormitories, Double Rooms, Twin Rooms and Quad Rooms. There is a self-catering kitchen and a TV lounge. Our luxury backpackers offers affordable accommodation for every budget. All the backpacker dormitories have individual secure lockers. We offer breakfast at an additional charge.

05 September 2020"From the warm and friendly welcome to the clean and cozy living conditions , A Sunflower Stop has you more than covered. As a first time back packer I felt at home but what really made my experience was each and everyone I met during my brief stay, litrally from strangers to people I now consider family. Kind hearted , beautiful people in a well run establishment. Will definitely be visiting again!"

"Friendly reception and service"
02 March 2020"I only stayed for one night. The room, bedding, bathrooms and toilets were very clean. Staff was super friendly. The only complaint is that I booked an 8-bed dorm but was given a bed in a 10-bed dorm. Not a train smash for one night - and I know it's only two extra people, but it's not what I booked. But I will stay there again."
