10 February 2016"We feel that the apartments are very overpriced for what you get.<div><br /></div><div>The furnishings and accessories are very old and worn and the general cleanliness of the place leaves a lot to be desired.</div><div><br /></div><div>The web site said it had laundry facilities but when we got there we were told to take our laundry to a shop 2 blocks away.</div><div><br /></div><div>It's liveable but not at the current price.</div>"

12 May 2013"We were a group of 8 people and had booked 4 Studio Rooms. The rooms were all very clean, bedding great but at 3 of the rooms the bathrooms and kitchen needs urgent attention and renovation. At one Room the TV did not work. Although clean, very worn off and kitchen so small that it is not possible to kook in there. One of the rooms was renovated already and had a fantastic spacious new open plan kitchen. Good service with check-in and super security. Enough secure parking space."

16 October 2012"El apartamento se compone de un dormitorio, un cuarto de baño independiente y un salón con sofá cama. Al ser cuatro personas nos pusieron una cama supletoria bastante buena. El sofá cama no está mal si es para una o dos noches porque el colcho se asienta sobre el suelo y resulta algo incomodo, pero aceptable. El mobiliario es algo viejo pero está limpio y muy bien situado frente al water front. La zona es muy segura y tiene supermercados, bares y restaurantes cerca. Un gran detalle que te den plaza de aparcamiento con mando para entrar y salir cuando quieras. VolverÃa pero solo si son tres personas porque la cuarta que duerma en el sofá no descansa tan bien como las otras."

27 August 2012"The apartments was cleaned and serviced daily. The kitchen was provided with all I needed to cook. The housekeeping was really good. All the staff members were really polite and kind. The apartments are located just 10 minutes from Waterfront and it was great. I really enjoyed my stay at Cascades."

12 October 2011"The location is excellent. We had a nice clean apartment with a fully equipped kitchen (that was a little worn out) and safe parking in the basement. Close to the waterfront, CBD and major roads. Supermarkets nearby."
