Green Point Self-catering Studio

A spacious and newly renovated studio with partial sea views within a small apartment block. Centrally located and within walking distance of the Sea Point Promenade, Sea Point swimming pool and the Point Gym. The City Centre, V&A Waterfront, Camps Bay and Clifton beaches are in close proximity.

The apartment has an open-plan arrangement with an open-rafter ceiling and a combination of Cape-country furniture with chrome and leather furniture. Facilities include a king-size bed, or twin beds, with quality cotton percale linen. Towels are provided with a heated towel rail. The bathroom has a walk-in shower but no bath.

The kitchen is equipped with a two-plate cooker and oven, a microwave oven, a fridge, a freezer and a washing machine. There is also a TV and CD player and secure under-cover parking.

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The place is home like environment. Kitchen packed with all utensils, glasses, cups, pots etc required for everyday necessities. Shops (Pick n pay, Woolworths, KFC, clicks)are around the corner. Will definitely come back."

"The studio is a bachelor flat in good condition in a building that could do with some TLC. Some of the neighbours are noisy at times. The best feature is its convenient location to Main Street with the MyCiti bus route to Hout Bay or into the city just half a block down, plenty of shops along Main Street and the seafront just one block further down on Beach Road."
