Henta Gastehuis is situated on a peaceful farm in a natural environment close to Heidelberg, Grootvlei, Balfour, and Villiers. The atmosphere is intimate and very relaxing, with no loud noises or neighbours to bother you. The guest house is set in a peaceful landscape.
The guest house was mainly renovated from a 70-year-old house that was built on the farm with big sandstone bricks and we have tried to retain much of the outer dcor to keep the nostalgic feel. Not much main activities on the farm but baling of grass and working of crops.
more for staying over if you have work to do in and around Grootvlei, Eskom, Balfour. Or Attending courses or weddings.

01 February 2014"OK, but small and dim room with no door to bathroom.Proper dining table would be preferable to wobbly trays, shame as the food was good. Pricy for accomodation offered."
