This spacious house can be found in the small town of Grotto Bay in a private nature reserve with restricted access. The beautiful house has great views of the West Coast. The open-plan living area is perfectly designed for relaxation and socialising.

There are four bedrooms, sleeping six people of which one has an en-suite bathroom. There is a second, shared bathroom. The living area has a fully equipped kitchen area, a dining room and a comfortable lounge with a TV and DStv. This leads out onto a light and airy sunroom which leads to the garden. There is a wood braai as well as a single garage and plenty of off-street parking.
