  "We arrived in the rain and I slipped at the door....and our stay was a wonderful surprise! its a beautiful home, with breathtaking views in a very magnificent setting, with something for everyone. Child friendly, a nice selection of books and magazines, a decent TV with the full bouquet and wifi for those who just can't switch off! the splash pool was really clean as well as the interior, the sandy beach is a 10 minute walk away (wear decent shoes). take care when it rains as the exterior tiles are really slippery. Martin is a fantastic host who assisted with our additional requests to make it a truly wonderful stay!"

  "The house is spacious and in a lovely position, with lots of room for a big group and a great view. On the downside the appliances are old. The toaster didn't work and we were given another when we informed the owner. That was fine BUT the dishwasher didn't work for our entire 4-night stay. Washing up for 7 people, 3 meals a day wasn't what anyone had planned for their holiday. The owner did not respond or apologise, though the housekeeper was very pleasant and as helpful as she could be. There is also construction work going on right next to the house. Obviously not the owner's fault, but it was quite loud."

The weather played it's part too and we were able to use the pool, the beach just 5 mins walk away, watched Breathing taking sunsets from the deck.The full DSTV package enabled us to wake up to watch "the fight of the century". Clean modern facilities. Safe enviroment. Cosy beds, warm showers, jsut good energy and flow in the house and the area.Thank you so much to Martin, who was so friendly, welcoming and accomodating!   "Pebble Beach Manor is ideal for that quick weekend getaway from Cape Town. It is a very relaxing and comfortable home, in a stunning setting and a short walk down to a beautiful beach - what more could you ask for! Flies are a problem in the home and need to be addressed, braai tools and kitchen missing some essentials also - only one chopping board, and so on. Otherwise, we can't fault the place. We'll be back."
