Ramino Guest Farm

Situated in the heart of the Great Karoo, Ramino Guest Farm is the perfect stop over between Cape Town and Johannesburg. The guest house is a renovated historical farm house comprising of five en-suite bedrooms, one of which is a family room. The fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with dining room, lounge and built-in barbecue facility, is ideal for the self-caterer, while each room has its own entrance to the patio and garden.

Come and enjoy the peace and quiet, and the clean, fresh atmosphere. Situated on a functional sheep farm, you can have an insight of life on a real Karoo farm. Go on hiking trails, mountain biking trails, horse riding, and sleep in the veld under the Karoo stars. Zebra, blue wildebeest, springbok, and many more can be seen on the game drives which end with the feeding of wild horses.

Sundowners can be enjoyed on a lookout spot while watching the sun set over the great open Karoo plains. Come and enjoy traditional South African farm cuisine and hospitality with the residents, or do your own thing and relax at the swimming pool.

"Had the most awesome time, never felt like a guest farm, but rather like home, the owners and their family have become a part of our family, their hospitality is exceptional,The Karoo farm was beautiful, with bird and wildlife that I never expected, a place to soul search and enjoy a deep silence under countless stars, cannot wait to return - food was excellent, hospitality was great, owners went out of their way to make it enjoyable, respect!!!! "What a gem of a place!!!We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. The dinner and breakfastthat was prepared for us was out of this world. Delicious home made food that we couldn't get enough of.We were able to enjoy horse riding and my children loved the farm experience. We felt very at home.I left my vanity bag there and Linda and GP went out of their way to make sure it was couriered to me intact. Extremely grateful for this.We will definitely go back - this time for longer."
