Platberg Cottage

Platberg Cottage is a spacious and tastefully decorated cottage ideally located in the heart of Harrismith, a large town in the Free State province of South Africa.

The luxurious, fully furnished cottage can accommodate up to a maximum of five guests and comprises an an-suite bedroom, and an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The bedroom contains a queen-size bed. Linen and towels are provided. There is three single beds in the lounge area.

The comfortable lounge area features a 32 cm TV with DStv. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge, a microwave, a hob and oven, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. Guests will have access to a private garden with braai facilities. Underroof, safe secure parking. FREE UNCAPPED WIFI.

"This little B&B had everything we needed and more i.e. electric blanket, undercover indoor parking, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, tv with DSTV etc. The attention to detail was also great - tea, coffee and sugar was provided, as well as rusks and a small fresh milk in the fridge (even fabric softener if one needed!).We had a very comfortable stay at Chloe's Place and I have never had such great service from an owner. Francois (the owner) was happy to accommodate our later check-in and even contacted me en route to see how our trip was going. Once we'd checked in, he also checked to see if there was anything else we needed. We had to leave at 05:00 and this was not a problem either. Really impressive and excellent value for money. We would highly recommend staying here! :)"

"There was much space in the appartment. TV with many channels including BVN!<div>There was a very big garden with a swimmingpool . Unfortunately we could not swimm because the water was very dirty (green).</div><div>The whole appartment smells not good because of the humility in the walls. Especcialy the kitchencupboards had an awfull smell.</div><div><br /></div>"

"I stayed in the smaller of the 2 units, and it was very well equipped. The owners both went out of their way to help me. I will probably be doing what the other resident (of the larger unit seen in the pictures) does, and that is to stay there several days/week until I sort out a more permanent place to live.I can highly recommend this guesthouse."
