"two nights in cold winter"
05 July 2017"reception did not heed my request for no steps, we were moved from three steps to one despite many other empty units having none, underfloor heating not working and my request to rectify was ignored, had to go out and buy a heater. premier room is very basic. no fridge, lovely shower, plenty of hot water, reception more interested in talking on the telephone than attending to guests. wont be coming back here in a hurry."

19 June 2016"We stayed for one night in a premium room. Premium sounded like something of a high standard. However the room was extremely small., with no chairs to sit on - we could only sit on the bed.<div>The 3 redeeming features were a very comfortable bed; and a large shower with plenty of hot and cold water and the room and bed was comfortably warm during a very cold night.<div>Furthermore the "fittings"were rundown, in need of repair (washbasin stand etc., window and door frames)</div><div>The breakfast included in the B&B rate included instant coffee and margarine. The cooked breakfast was reasonable, although no choice for the cooked eggs was given.</div></div><div><br /></div>"
