Le Bougainville Guesthouse is conveniently situated on the Old Rustenburg Road to Sun City and Pilansberg, a short drive from Johannesburg, Pretoria and Rustenburg, The Pilansberg Game Reserve, Sun City and The Palace of the Lost City.We are situated near several Restaurants, shopping centres, watersport, Zoo, Camelion Village and several other attractions.We offer 7 elegantly furnished suites all fitted with air conditioning, a bar fridge,coffee, tea, milk and bottled water in all suites. There are TV's with selected DSTV channels in all our Delux rooms. The Guest house is set in serene gardens and we have ample braai areas surrounding the establishment. We have a communal lounge area with a big screen with TV 1,2 3 and E-TV, a fireplace for those cold winter nights, a spacious 24 seated dining room and a projector and screen for corporate functions and sporting events.We do serve Breakfast on request and also dinner or lunch.We do not have a bar or serve alcohol. You welcome to bring your own.

"The service of the security guard"

"We had a great welcome by the guy that we got there, he gave us the best service cause on arrival it seemed like we had problems with our booking but that guy sorted it out for us and apologized for the mix up. We enjoyed our stay even thou there was no TV in the rooms, there was a TV in the lounge but it didnt have all channels, we didn't have microwaves in our rooms and we wanted to book dinner but there was no kitchen staff. There was lack of entertainment and no swimming pools,and there's also no parking space."
"Not 4 Star and Safety Concern"

"Le Bougainville claims to be 4 star. We had a few issues which prompted us to check with the Tourism Grading Council and found that they have not been graded since 2011. The safety concern is that they lock the front door at night without providing guests with a key. There were no emergency / fire exits. The room was comfortable and spacious but no TV or Hairdryer. No communication such as a welcome pack or an information pack in the room and very little staff presence. Breakfast also not included. They also have an expired 4 star Tourism Grading Council certificate in the reception area with paper neatly stuck over the expiry date!Rather deceptive! "

"Disappointing for us was the fact that the hotel does not serve breakfast and we weren't advised at the booking that this wasn't available. It is not self catering that we wanted or booked. The bathroom door on our room was like trying to slide a brick across a cave - you need some strength - it needs some fixing. That said the place is clean, tidy and the surroundings are nice. "
