  "The components were old and in need of desperate repair-shower door ,soap dispenser should be in shower too unless small soaps are on offer. ,toilet roll holder was a lockable one and you cant get a new roll out. Broken tiles - Very dirty."

  "Cocomo is stunning. Indeed a tropical paradise. Elite, stylish and upmarket with extremely fair rates. The rooms are splendid and their breakfast delicious. Huge bed, huge Jacuzzi bath, huge shower. The romantic package was such a treat and memories I will cherish forever. After the wonderful spa massage, we returned to a room with a candle-lit path, flowers, champagne and foamed Jacuzzi bath with candles. I can highly recommend this place."

  "I paid for our first year anniversary romantic set-up surprise for my wife but when we got there the room was dry. Next morning I ask the lady at the reception and she apologised and blamed booking personnel for mess up. She proposed do the set-up that even, I told her she has ruined the surprise. I demanded she continues with her plan but refund me because they mess up. She refused saying she can only refund or set up the room on Saturday. I felt disrespected and like unvalued guest."

  "My first impression of a real nice hotel was clouded by the stiff rules on linen and laundry stains!!! Imagine-after all my travels local and abroad I had to come to Harties to run the risk of paying more than the rate of accommodation for an accidental spill on the linen! This was definitely a first and really spoiled the experience. And the condition of linen being checked before departure was enough to make me run. The fact that they were not going to refund my money however made me endure the night. In essence-beautiful place but I don't think the owners understand the risks of their industry since accidents do happen.<br></br><b>Establishment's response</b><br></br><i>Dear Christelle.<br></br>Sorry to hear that you were concerned about the small note in our info file regarding linnen damages. It is a pity that you only raised this issue afterwards, not saying anything when you were here, especially after both the supervisor and manager were communicating with you onsite and you assured them both that you had a nice stay and were very happy. Should you have enquired with them on the note you would have been informed that only in severe cases where people deliberately damage our linen, we might charge a small fee as mentioned in the note. In the 9 years of operation we have not ever charged for accidental stains (we are well-aware accidents do happen) and charged for linnen damages once only after people were so drunk that they have burnt all bedding and carpet with a hubbly bubbly. For cases like this only we (and as i am a regular traveler myself know most establishments like us,) do have a condition. This should thus not be a problem if you take care of our linen like you would do with yours. Regarding the jacuzzi bath instructions: i am quite confused since there is for example only one knob? again, you should have asked the onsite supervisor to have assisted you. It is a pity you booked one of the more economical rooms and not the more luxury honeymoon suite (as advertised for honeymoonsers). Thank you for the comment, we will definitely look into it.
