Rivendell is a modern home offering accommodation for famlies wanting to get away for a relaxing break, with a pool, sandpit, trampoline and braai area. Rivendell is a new water front property, at one of hartebeespoort's most exclusive estates where Gemsbok, nyala, springbok and many more roam freelyThis freestanding home boasts a large open plan entertainment area with DSTV explora and DVD, sitting room and dining. The open-plan kitchen has a breakfast nook and large enclosed scullery with washing machine, dryer and dish washer.The three bedrooms upstairs have large folding doors over looking the dam and mountains, king size beds, sleeper couches for small children and full ensuite bathrooms. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player and DStv in ea bedroom upstairs. The childrens room downstairs has a bunkbed and two singles. There is a separate maids room and a new camp cot is also available. The estate is very secure with 24hr patrols and is access controlled. For the kids there are safe roads to ride bicycles and playgrounds with an enclosed swimming pool. There is also a mashie golf course, mountain bike tracks and volley ball court. There is an abundant of wildlife on the estate including baby gemsbok and a rare black Springbok. Other activities include fishing and birding.The area surrounding the dam offers much entertainment, there is walking with elephants, cable cars, monkey valley, quad biking, go karting, archery, de wildt cheetah farm and hot air ballooning

Set right on a quit pond linked to the main dam. There are 4 wonderfulbig bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The only Major negative is that it has nocovered braai area. It was a rainy weekend and we ended having a braai on theWeber in the garage. There was no dishwasher either.</span><span lang="EN-US"></span></p>"
