"We only stayed for 1 night and was rudely awaikenex just after 3 in the morning by my car alarm and the front passenger window was broken and ripped out and bag stolen with passport and id in it. Very inconvenient as I was on my way to the Kruger. Sorry for them no cash was stolen."

  • "Camping"

    19 December 2015

"We booked for two nights camping at Hazypark. We left after a single night due to:<div><ol> <li>No privacy. Other guests staying in some of the rooms kept standing close to our campsite and observing our doings.</li> <li>Found a large rat in the female restrooms.</li> <li>No toilet paper supplied.</li> <li>Not really a campsite. Its more like your camping in someones backyard. Seems the rooms is also rented to contractors. Rotten fruit laying around and attracting flies.</li> <li>Place is rundown</li></ol><div>We won't return and won't recommend this to anyone.</div></div>"

  • "Hazypark Lodge"

    03 January 2014

"Our stay was pleasant, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating and the ablutions were clean. I would like to add a few pointers important to caravanners and campers rather than lodging complaints. The hosts need to pay a little more attention to the hot water and power issues, they can also improve the dish washing area a bit and perhaps move it away from next to the ladies toilets. Hazypark lodge is a great place with much more potential with a little bit more attention to the needs for caravanners with children, especially over the holiday and festive season.Kind regardsJohan Sadie"

  • "Could be better stay"

    21 October 2011

"Our stay at Hazypark & Caravan lodge wasn't be best experience. The walls of each unit are very thin. One could hear every word that the person in the next unit said - even at 2h00 in the morning! The unit was clean, but it was stocked with very old kitchen utensils and cutlery and the mattress should really be replaced. We expected a better stay for R450 per night."

  • "Terrible"

    01 October 2011

"It was terrible, the pool was dirty and there was cockroaches. Nothing like the pictures."
