Kiaat Caravan Park is situated on a working Macadamia farm bordering the Sabie River, in a quiet and safe environment, where one can experience nature. We offer beautiful camp sites, set among manicured lawns, shady trees and a large swimming pool. Guests have use of our luxury ablution block, that even the most discerning of campers will appreciate. Braai facilities and power points are provided.
We have a generator for when there is a power outage between 18:00 - 07:00.
The Kruger National Park's Phabeni gate is 10km away, the Panorama Route is 40km away and the town of Hazyview is a mere 2km away, with plenty of amenities available.

"Cleanliness,Peace and tranquility .Easier access to the river"
"Loved everything. Everything was clean and tidy."
"We stayed for a week at Kiaat Caravan Park! What I saw on the internet is what we got! It was just a pleasure! The ablusion blocks are very neat with hand soap and towels, clean shower matts every day, ever over the public holidays, the hostess cleaned up herself! Every day you get a crate of wood at you braai. The swimming pool is nice and clean! There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer to use! It was so nice to hear and see a big viarity of birds! We will certenly stay here again! I recoment Kiaat Park for any camper!"
"No negatives everything was in place well maintained and spotless. A HIDDEN GEM"
"We loved how green and lush the place was. The bathrooms were really nice and comfortable had a very homely touch to it... The braai area and the idea of a bonfire was awesome."
"The idea of having Soap dispenser and small face cloths available in the rest rooms was for me an outstanding plus point due to the fact that when you arrive at your destination after an long drive. You want to use the ablution facilities and freshen up, wash your hands and face. Normally you have the roll of paper or air blower - but here you find a couple of face cloths neatly folded in a basket to use - Nice personal touch. The staff was also friendly and helpful"
"This camp is a must in the Hazyview area. Don't back out when you see the road - it is narrow and rough but the short drive is well worth the effort. The sites are large, clean, and grassy. Ablutions areas are spotless. The staff was the most helpful in our entire 2 month visit to South Africa."
"<p>What a superb experience. Neat and verdant gardens with prolific bird life. Clean bathrooms with the luxury of handwash soap, hand cream and towelettes. Knowledgeable and very friendly owners. Within a few minutes from town and a short drive from Kruger Park. We will definitely be back! Excellent value for money.</p><p> </p>"
"What a wonderful find.Friendly welcome ,attention to detail, bonus facilities like firewood, laundry, kitchen etc.Immaculate bathrooms with handsoap hand clean fresh handtowels.Beautiful landscape gardens filled with birds and a lovely view.Well done to Peggy and her team."
"As a novice camper I could not have had a better introduction into the world of camping than at Kiaat Caravan Park. I stayed there for threeglorious nights under the stars while my wife, who is not the camping type, lodged at the Rissington Inn. (Hazyview caters for all tastes!) The camp was neat, grassed and well looked after and the camping stands are large. The ablutionswere spotless and I had no worry about security as the main gate has a coded entry number. Located within kilometers oftwo Kruger Park entrances, Numbi and Phabeni, the Kiaat Caravan Park couldn't be more centrally located for anyone wishing to explore the Lowveld. Although I was the only camper there, it being right after the Easter holidays, I suggest you book in advance. I highly recommend the Kiaat CaravanPark to anyone visiting the Lowveld."
"Look no further this place is neat clean quiet very good value ."
